Vision loss secondary to orbital extension of rhabdomyosarcoma in an adult
Abstract
A 57 year old African American woman presented with a six‐month history of progressively worsening right‐sided frontal headaches, nasal obstruction with epistaxis, cough, and vision loss of the right eye. She was treated for presumed sinusitis with antibiotics, steroid spray, and a decongestant without relief.
