New FDA Smoking Cessation Resources

The Food and Drug Administration started the new year with “4 Tips to Quit Smoking.” This consumer update highlighted the new FDA campaign EveryTryCounts.gov. The site has numerous resources to support quitting, including helpful texts, tips on dealing with cravings, QuitGuide app, contact information for support counselors, and small challenges, such as “delay your first cigarette by 1.5 hours today”.
