Diagnostic accuracy of endocervicoscopy as preoperative tool to improve the excisional treatment of cervical pre-neoplastic lesions.

CONCLUSIONS: Endocervicoscopy as preoperative tool for excisional treatment of cervical lesions showed high diagnostic effectiveness and allows to perform a conservative surgery.
