Endothelial dysfunction is present in children with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy and remains dysfunctional after cardiac improvement
Conclusion Children with IDCM and HF had endothelial dysfunction. The endothelium remained dysfunctional even after improvement in cardiac function.
