Efficacy and Safety of Atacicept in Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

ConclusionAtacicept treatment showed evidence of efficacy in SLE, particularly in HDA and serologically active patients. Reductions in disease activity and severe flare were observed with atacicept treatment, with an acceptable safety profile.
