Peroxiredoxin 1, restraining cell migration and invasion, is involved in hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence
Conclusionsthis study demonstrated evidence that PRDX1 restrains cell migration and invasion in HCC cell lines and that PRDX1 may be a potential mechanism in a UCH37 relevant pathway, further suggesting that PRDX1 may be a new marker for HCC recurrence after operation.
