Abstract
Retropupillary fixation of the Artisan iris claw lens (Ophtec, Groningen, Netherlands) has been shown to be a very useful option in the setting of intraocular lens (IOL) implantation where capsular support is lacking, and giving good visual and refractive outcomes in children (1).
