Paracentral acute middle maculopathy associated with severe vision loss following vitrectomy for vitreous haemorrhage

We read with interest the report of 10 cases of paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM) in patients with severe vision loss post cataract surgery by Creese et al.1 and the accompanied editorial by Chen2 in this journal. We thank the authors for their contribution and wish to report on a similar recent case of PAMM post retinal surgery.
