Association between ER α polymorphisms and systemic lupus erythematosus: susceptibility and in silico analysis

ConclusionsThe ESR α PvuII and XbaI polymorphisms have no association with SLE; however, the combination of the TC/AA and CC/GG genotypes were associated with SLE susceptibility.
