Antiphospholipid Antibodies Inhibit Trophoblast Toll ‐like Receptor and Inflammasome Negative Regulators
ConclusionBasal TAM receptor function and autophagy may serve to inhibit trophoblast TLR and inflammasome function, respectively. Impaired TAM receptor signaling and autophagy by anti‐β2GPI aPL may allow subsequent TLR and inflammasome activity leading to a robust inflammatory response. This article is protected by copyright.
