FOXP3-positive regulatory T cells are correlated with improved survival in diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Conclusion
Our results point to the favorable prognostic impact of FOXP3-positive Tregs in both germinal and nongerminal center types of DLBCL and the possible additional information that can be added for better stratification of patients and therapy individualization by estimating FOXP3 expression, irrespective of the molecular subtype of DLBCL.
