ConclusionsIn patients presenting with GIB, the incidence of UGIB and LGIB is similar irrespective of DAPT use. A much higher proportion of DAPT group had no source of GIB identified even after an extensive work up, likely indicating an occult lesion that may have bled with DAPT.
