Genetic variants in the histone methylation and acetylation pathway and their risks in eight types of cancer
CONCLUSIONOur study suggeted an association between germline genetic variation in the global histone methylation and acetylation pathway level and some of the individual genes with cancer risks. Further studies will be needed to validate these relations and to explore relative mechanisms.
