Focus on irritability and callous traits in early identification of disruptive behavior

Childhood disruptive behavior should no longer be viewed along the oppositional defiant/conduct disorder/antisocial behavior continuum, but rather as heterogeneous phenotypes with irritability and callous traits as the core dimensions, researchers write.
