Establishing a comprehensive genetic diagnosis strategy for hemophilia B and its application in Chinese population

ConclusionsThe established genetic diagnosis strategy for HB in our study was comprehensive and well applied in clinic practice. Besides, we recommended that DNA direct sequencing combined with Karyomapping was a better PGD protocol.
