ConclusionsInflammatory lesions, neoplasm, vascular lesions and diverticula or intestinal duplication were the most common causes of OGIB in China. While in pediatric patients, diverticula or intestinal duplication, vascular lesions and Crohn's disease were prevalent. Also, etiologies were distributed differently across areas in China.
