The syntagma identity-metamorphosis-emancipation and its relationship with the construct world of life

This article aims to discuss about the relationship between the syntagma Identity-Metamorphosis-Emancipation and construct World of Life. We conducted a literature search from the perspective of Critical Social Psychology discussing the above phrase. We favor those who offered historical and epistemological elements to comprehend the thought of Antonio Ciampa and employees and relations with Habermas thought through to construct the World of Life. We began discussions presenting the historical formation of the thought of Ciampa with the Social Psychology. Later we exposed the consolidation of the syntagma Identity-Metamorphosis-Emancipation due to the approach to the Critical Theory of J ürgen Habermas and collaborations Aluísio Lima and Juraci Almeida. Then we discus about the dimensions of the world of life by their connection with the philosophical and sociological thought of Edmund Husserl, Alfred Schutz, Peter Berger and Thomas Luckmann. Finally, we present new research inter ests as examples of their own metamorphosis of the words.
