Kefir Peptides Prevent Hyperlipidemia and Obesity in High Fat Diet ‐Induced Obese Rats via Lipid Metabolism Modulation
ConclusionThese results demonstrated that kefir peptides treatment improved obesity via inhibition of lipogenesis, modulation of oxidative damage, and stimulation of lipid oxidation.
