Utilisation et perceptions de la t élésanté par les professionnels de la santé des zones rurales au Mali

Conclusion La télésanté est reconnue comme un outil indispensable dans la pratique clinique. Elle pourrait également contribuer au recrutement et à la rétention des professionnels de la santé. Les différents avantages de la télésanté ont une influence sur la satisfaction au travail qui, en retour, peut avoir un effet sur le recrutement et la rétention du personnel de santé. Introduction The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) has expanded significantly in healthcare systems in several countries. The purpose of this article was to describe healthcare workers’ perceptions related to implementation and use of telehealth, satisfaction and motivation in their work in rural Mali. Materials and methods A qualitative study using semi-structured interviews (n =17) was conducted among health professionals working in four health centers in rural areas where the telehealth project has been implemented since 2011. Interviews’ data were transcribed, coded and thematically analysed.
