Evaluation of deformation and fracture rates for nickel-titanium rotary instruments according to the frequency of clinical use

Conclusion: Our results suggest that the deformation and fracture rates for PTU rotary instruments differ according to the frequency of use. In the hands of an experienced endodontist, all instruments except S1 can be used up to nine times in selected cases.
