Advice for 14-year-old me, living with depression

By displaying this badge, I show my pride, dedication, and acceptance for mental health. I use this to promote mental health education in the struggle to erase stigma. Living with depression is awful for anyone but when it starts at a young age, you can start feeling like there’s no escape. You feel like you’re not actually unwell, you’re just intrinsically a miserable person (which oddly enough does not actually help you to feel better).
