Pregnancy after Uterine Artery Embolization caused abnormal placenta and postpartum hemorrhage

Background: Interventional Radiology (IVR) is one of useful treatments of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) and is also recommended in ”guidelines for obstetric critical bleeding 2017 in Japan”. Although it is a procedure that enables fertility preservation. There are many papers reported on the effect of IVR on fertility or menstruation, but the effect on perinatal outcomes remains unclear. The aim of this study is to investig ate the mother and neonate outcomes with the previous history of IVR.
