Social Determinants of Health and Selected HIV Care Outcomes among Adults with Diagnosed HIV Infection in 32 States and the District of Columbia, 2015

This report examines SDH and linkage to HIV medical care, retention in HIV medical care, and HIV viral suppression. The report presents data on numbers and percentages of diagnoses of HIV infection through 2015 among persons aged 18 years and older by six social determinants of health (SDH) indicators and selected characteristics that include sex, age, race/ethnicity, and transmission category, 37 states and the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
