Genetic Factors are Stressed Variably by Onset Age ‐based Sample Selection in Psoriasis: A Hint from MHC Region‐based Analysis

ConclusionsOnset age‐based sample variables would influence the results of genetic association study, at least in MHC region‐based genetic analysis. We would make more cautions in sample selection for genetic association study in order to prevent confounders which might be caused by onset age.
