Eating mushrooms at breakfast may help you feel fuller

This could have led to people reporting feeling fuller. The study only looked at mushrooms compared to meat – people might report feeling fuller after eating other foods for breakfast such as beans, eggs or avocados. Though the researchers tried to monitor compliance, people may not have completely adhered to the diets. The researchers also acknowledged several errors on the take-home VAS printouts, including having nowhere to record feelings 180 min after eating the mushrooms or mince.
