Retinoblastoma is the most common primary malignant intraocular tumor in childhood. Clinical diagnosis and management are guided by dilated fundus examination, B-scan ultrasonography, and fluorescein angiography. Retinoblastoma tumors typically appear as elevated white or translucent masses, which may develop intratumoral calcifications, dilated feeder blood vessels, and change in reflectivity of the inner limiting membrane over the lesion.
