Maintenance and improvement of oral function markedly affect quality of life in older adults (Johansson, Jansson,& Lindmark, 2016; Kandelman, Petersen,& Ueda, 2008; Nordstrom, 1990; Shiraishi, Yoshimura, Wakabayashi,& Tsuji, 2016).
