Functional Variant of C-689T in the Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor- γ2 Promoter is Associated with Coronary Heart Disease in Chinese Nondiabetic Han People
Conclusion These data support the hypothesis that the −689T allele is associated with an increased risk of CHD, in Chinese Han people and correlates significantly with the profiles of CHD-related risk factors.
