Brain functional connectivity differentiates dexmedetomidine from propofol and natural sleep

ConclusionsThalamic connectivity with key nodes of arousal and saliency detection networks was relatively preserved during N3 sleep and dexmedetomidine-induced unresponsiveness as compared to propofol.
