Immunohistochemical expression of nucleostemin and P53 in glioma
Conclusion: In view of our results, we assume that NS might play a relatively important role in the progression of glioma. Further studies in larger cohorts are warranted to elucidate the pathways coregulated with NS in glioma, in particular, those expressing mutant p53.
