ConclusionsSTERPROSER trial provides evidence for higher DHT concentration in highvolume prostates, that could reflect either higher 5‐alpha reductase expression or lower expression of downstream metabolizing enzymes such as 3a‐hydoxysteroid dehydrogenase.
