Role of ALDH1 in the prognosis of esophageal cancer and its relationship with tumor microenvironment

In conclusion, our findings suggested that ALDH1 played an important role in tumor aggressiveness and associated with a tumor‐promoting microenvironment in esophageal cancer. Directly targeting ALDH1 or using a COX‐2 inhibitor could be a promising strategy for the treatment of ESCC. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved
