A novel analysis strategy for HLA typing using a sequence ‐specific oligonucleotide probe method

ConclusionThe FnS method showed improved accuracy and efficiency of HLA typing in a comprehensive and quantitative comparison between measured and expected CRPoAPs of candidate allele pairs. Therefore, this analysis strategy might be useful in a clinical setting.
