Predicting Death after Acute Myocardial Infarction

Recognizing and understanding the risk factors for mortality after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) provides clinicians and patients important information to determine prognosis and guide treatment. In this review, we summarize the most important risk factors and discuss current models to predict mortality.
