Clinical pattern and prevalence of upper gastrointestinal toxicity in ketamine abusers

ConclusionAlthough epigastric symptoms are unusual in the young population, upper gastrointestinal toxicity was highly prevalent in over one‐quarter of ketamine abusers. Enquiry about ketamine abuse was recommended when assessing young patients with epigastric symptoms.
