The impact of chronic psychiatric disorders on cognitive decline

ConclusionAs suggested by this study conducted in rural communities, community‐dwelling people suffering from chronic psychiatric disorders should not be considered at greater risk of age‐related accelerated cognitive decline than the non‐psychiatric older population.
