Multibacillary leprosy in a migrant from Afghanistan: A disease not to be forgotten

We read with interest the case series from a referral centre in Madrid on the frequently challenging diagnosis of patients presenting with leprosy [1]. Indeed, clinicians' awareness of this infection is usually low and misdiagnosis of leprosy is frequent.
