SUPC tender, Bibliotech won the supply contract for all three bids

Bibliotech is pleased to announce that it won the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) tender – confirming its status as preferred eTextbook supplier in the UK. Bibliotech was named as one of SUPC’s recommended suppliers for all three lots in the Joint Consortia Framework Agreement – Books, E-books, Standing orders and Related Materials (Subscriptions, E-textbook access/Supplier negotiated terms with publishers for offer to institutions, E-textbook access/Third party/institution negotiated terms with publishers for access via Supplier platform). David Sherwood, CEO at Bibliotech commented, “We’re very pleased we won the Joint Consortia Framework Agreement not long after Bibliotech launched in September 2016, offering eTextbooks under a unique subscription business model. We look forward to partnering with SUPC to provide a sustainable library focused model for electronic textbook delivery.” The framework agreement commencement date is 1 August 2017 for three years.
