Comparison of 10 days levofloxacin bismuth based quadruple therapy and levofloxacin based triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori therapy

ConclusionsWe found that addiction of bismuth subcitrate to levofloxacin‐based triple therapy was not more effective, but no more side effects were noted. These two eradication therapy were equally safe, and patients seems to have the same tolerant. Levofloxacin‐resistant rate may be a more important role when choosing second‐line therapy.
