Proinflammatory effects and mechanisms of calprotectin on human gingival fibroblasts

ConclusionOur findings suggest that calprotectin exerts proinflammatory effects on HGFs via the S100A9 subunit and TLR4‐mediated NF‐κB and MAPK signaling pathways.
