Removal of Persistent Cellular Deposits After Foldable Iris-Fixated Phakic IOL Implantation

CONCLUSIONS:</span><p>Persistent cellular deposits after Artiflex intraocular lens implantation may cause severe visual loss and may need surgical intervention. Polishing the posterior surface of the lens to mechanically remove the deposits was an effective long-term solution.</p><p><b>[<i>J Refract Surg.</i> 2017;33(6):426 –428.]</b></p></div>
