Correlation analysis of HLA ‐DPB1*05:01 gene and BTNL2 gene within MHC region with clinical phenotype of psoriasis vulgaris in the Chinese Han population

ConclusionsWe indicates that HLA‐DPB1*05:01 gene was associated with the geographical region of PV and BTNL2 gene was significant association with family history and age of onset of PV. In conclusion, the HLA‐DPB1*05:01 gene and BTNL2 gene might cause the complicacy of clinical features.
