Estimation of tissue and crevicular fluid oxidative stress marker in premenopausal, perimenopausal and postmenopausal women with chronic periodontitis

ConclusionPremenopausal‐postmenopausal and perimenopausal‐postmenopausal transition resulted in significant increase in tissue and GCF 8‐OHdG levels. However, no association was found between stages of reproductive ageing and tissue levels of 8‐OHdG.
