Sequence based predictor for discrimination of Enhancer and their Types by applying general form of Chou's Trinucleotide Composition

During early embryonic development, multicellular organisms arise from a single fertilized egg. Owing to expression of different genes, the cells and organs acquire different shapes and functions. The first step in gene expression is transcription, which is carried out by RNA polymerase-II by binding with the promoter region of DNA [1]. Cis-acting regulatory DNA elements, such as promoters (CRMs), enhancers and silencers, control the process of gene expression in a specific and precise way. Precise mapping of these DNA elements is essential for comprehension the gene expression pattern of diseased as well as healthy cells.
