Age and gender assessment through three-dimensional morphometric analysis of maxillary sinus using magnetic resonance imaging
Conclusion: The dimensions and volume of the maxillary sinuses were larger in males than in females, in addition to that they tend to be less with the older age. MRI measurements of maxillary sinuses may be useful to support gender and age estimation in forensic radiology.
