Histological, immunohistochemical features and pathogenesis of pseudoangiosarcomatous urothelial carcinoma

Urothelial carcinoma (UC) cases make up the majority of bladder cancers and histologically contain very different variants and patterns. About 10 variants and many entities reported in recent years which were not included the former classification have been described in the 2016 World Health Organization (WHO) classification [1,2]. Pseudoangiosarcomatous UC is not included in the 2016 WHO urothelial carcinoma classification and is a very rare entity identified in recent years [3].
