A Fourth order PDE based Fuzzy C- Means approach for Segmentation of Microscopic biopsy images in presence of Poisson noise for cancer detection

Cancer is a leading health problem in the most part of the world. Majority of new cases of breast, prostate, lungs, and colorectal cancer are estimated continuously. Segmentation of microscopic biopsy images for cancer detection is a typical task due to its complex nature. The cellular components of the microscopic biopsy images are segmented on the basis of intensity, color, shape, and texture features. The microscopic biopsy has several segmentation issues and challenges like high quality segmentation with low computational cost, accurate segmentation of cells and nuclei.
