ConclusionsPerforming TAVI without predilation was not associated with adverse short‐term outcomes post procedure, especially when using a balloon‐expandable prosthesis. Randomized trials including different valve types are required to provide conclusive evidence regarding the utility of predilation before‐TAVI.
