COX2 and NOS3 gene polymorphisms in women with gestational diabetes

ConclusionThe results of our study suggest that that the CC genotype of COX2 rs6681231 polymorphism is associated with increased risk of GDM and need of insulin therapy, whereas TT genotype of NOS3 rs1799983 polymorphism may be associated with need of insulin therapy in women with GDM.
