NNLM Resource Picks is a collaborative, bimonthly, webcast series featuring the National Library of Medicine resources to increase awareness of these resources as well as encourage their integration by libraries and other organizations to more fully serve their colleagues and communities. Mapping Tools for Outreach and Public Health May 10, 3:00-4:00 PM ET Details and Registration The National Library of Medicine (NLM) Community Health Maps (CHM) blog seeks to improve access to accurate, high quality health information, especially by underserved and special populations. By conveying potential uses of mapping to community groups unfamiliar with the technology and/or too busy to pursue it and by supporting those already engaged in mapping, the program enhances community mapping efforts that support access to health information.
